Training is rarely the hard part — getting to it with something left in the tank is. The Energy Stack pairs a daytime thermogenic with a full-dose pre-workout so your energy is managed across the whole day instead of dumped into one window.
The stimulant load is split deliberately: thermogenic in the morning, pre-workout before training, so you are never stacking caffeine on top of caffeine.

- Thermogenic: 1–2 capsules in the morning with food.
- Pre-workout: 1 scoop 20–30 minutes before training, at least 6 hours before bed.

Not when dosed as directed. The thermogenic runs in the morning and the pre-workout before training, so the doses are spaced rather than stacked.
Will it help with fat loss?
