Directions
- Assess tolerance with 1 capsule in the morning for the first 3 days.
- Once tolerated, take 2 capsules in the morning, or 1 in the morning and 1 in the early afternoon.
- Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours.
- Not for use by anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing, or sensitive to caffeine.

How much caffeine is in a full serving?
200 mg from caffeine anhydrous, roughly two cups of coffee, layered with theobromine so the curve lasts longer than caffeine alone.
Can I take it with a pre-workout?
Only with careful stimulant math. If you train later in the day, take DNP Burn in the morning and keep your pre-workout for training.
